Full civil engineering, surveying, environmental, and project-management support for a 900 lot master-planned residential community

The scope spanned detailed design and tender documentation for roads, three-waters and pump-station infrastructure, precise survey set-out and cadastral surveys, construction supervision, utilities coordination, and council consent compliance through to Section 223/224c certification.

The four-station wastewater pumping network, entry bridge, and seamless integration with the Kapiti Expressway showcase Orogen’s capability to deliver complex, multi-disciplinary land-development projects from concept to title release.

Medium density subdivision
Raumati Beach, Kāpiti Coast

End-to-end civil engineering, surveying, and project-management services for a medium-density subdivision

The scope covered full infrastructure design (roading, three-waters, utilities), split earthworks and roading/services contract documentation, construction supervision under NZS 3910, precise survey setout, utility and council coordination, environmental and quality-assurance oversight, and staged delivery that completed earthworks in six weeks before installing drainage and services.

This proactive, tightly managed approach integrated new infrastructure with challenging landform constraints, enabled early site possession, mitigated risk, and ensured smooth compliance and timely certification for the developer.
